Dinner & Wine

Enjoying a new wine and new meal!! I decided to finally open the red 2008 Stags Leap that Phillip's uncle gave me... And it is delicious! I know it doesn't really go with my meal, but that's ok ;) I decided to make a healthy almond crusted chicken, sautéed okra, and sautéed sun dried tomato polenta!! For the chicken I used whole wheat flour, almonds, egg whites, and various Italian seasonings! Let's hope dinner turns out well!
